The Fox Theatre is pleased to offer seating and other accommodations for our patrons with special needs. All special accommodations can be requested through MetroTix (TDD-enabled line) at 314-531-4833, 9am to 9pm.
Seating Wheelchair seating and companion seats are available for all performances at the Fox. Please let us know your needs when purchasing tickets. Accessible seating is available at the Fox Box Office, by phone and at metrotix.com.
Signed Interpretation Performances We offer performances interpreted for the deaf and hard of hearing by Communicate Plus. For Broadway productions, see the schedule below. For non-Broadway productions, please let us know your needs when purchasing tickets.
Assistive Hearing Devices A limited number of infrared assistive hearing head sets for the hard of hearing are available at no charge for all performances at the house manager's station in the Orchestra-level promenade.
Audio Descriptive Services for the Sight Impaired The Fox Theatre now offers Audio-Description services for the visually-impaired at the performances listed below.

Facilities Accessible restrooms are located on the south side of the first floor (orchestra level) and on the third floor (mezzanine level). All floors are accessible by the elevator on the north side of the lobby.
Fox Club Boxes Please note that while the Fox Club level is accessible by elevator, there are several steps into each box.
Parking A limited number of accessible parking spaces are located behind the Fox Theatre, on the south side of Washington, between Grand Blvd. and Spring Ave. Patrons with special needs may be dropped off at the accessible entrance on the north side of the building.
Entrance Our front entrance and lobby are accessible and the elevator to other floors is located on the north side of the lobby. Another accessible entrance is located on the north side of the building.
TDD MetroTix offers a TDD-equipped line for the deaf and hard of hearing or those with special seating requirements at 314-531-4833.
