TICKET DELIVERY

  • ALL-IN-1 Digital Broadway Club Pass(es) were emailed from online@metrotix.com the morning of Tuesday, July 15. Click Here to follow the steps to download your ALL IN 1 Season Pass (one pass per seat). Fox Broadway Club Member's ALL-IN-1 pass will have the Fox Club distinction for club entry.
  • Reserved Fox Broadway Club Parking Your ALL-IN-1 parking pass was sent in a separate email.
  • Printed Broadway Club Tickets & Parking  (paper) were placed in the USPS mail on Monday, July 14 and can take up to 14 days to arrive.

BUY
Purchase Broadway shows all season long with your member only Promo Code sent in your welcome email on July 15. This exclusive code unlocks seating in the first five rows for Broadway Extras and waives ticket service fees. CLICK HERE to buy additional tickets.
Please Note: Member benefits come with your season tickets and any Broadway Extras purchased. When purchasing additional tickets to your season ticket shows, seating will be outside the 1st five rows and access to the private Fox Club level is based on capacity. Can’t find the code? EXCHANGE
Move your tickets to any performance of the same show. Complete the Exchange Form or call 314-535-7100. Please Note: Exchanges must be made at least 4 hours before your original show dates. Our goal is to keep you in the 1st five rows, however that is only possible when other members make changes. Member benefits follow your Exchanges. CLICK HERE to exchange your tickets.

TRANSFER
Share your tickets with a friend. CLICK HERE to transfer your tickets.

SWAP TWO
Trade up to two of your season ticket shows for any other Broadway title in the season, including Broadway Extras. Complete the Swap Form or call 314-535-7100. Please Note: Swaps must be made at least one week before your original show date. Our goal is to keep you in the 1st five rows, however that is only possible when other members make changes. Member benefits follow your Swaps. CLICK HERE to Swap.

When swapping or exchanging tickets for a higher-priced performance or seating area, the price difference will be due at the time of transaction. No refunds or credits are issued for exchanging or swapping to lower-priced options.

GARAGE PARKING

Broadway Club Parking is located on the first floor of the Fox Parking Garage located on Washington Ave. Enter and exit at the west entrance (blue). Have your show-specific parking pass ready on arrival.

PRIVATE CLUB ENTRANCE

The Fox Club entrance (black canopy) is located on the north side of the theatre. This private entrance is exclusively for those with Fox Club tickets. 

FOX CLUB DINING

Fox Club Dining is reserved for those with Fox Club tickets, Enjoy exclusive dining on the Grand Staircase and in the Fox Club Lounge. Reservations will be made in the order received and confirmations will be sent for your reference. Dining is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please let us know so we can accommodate members on the waitlist. REQUEST A RESERVATION

Accessibility

  • Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for all theatre patrons with an ADA-approved tag, and spaces cannot be reserved.
  • Accessible parking is located on the north and east ends of the Fox Theatre lot adjacent to the theatre, and also in the Garage at the Fox.
  • A drop-off area is provided in front of the blue canopied accessible entrance; then, proceed to the west garage entrance and park on the reserved member level.
  • The accessible door opens two hours prior to showtime for Fox Broadway Club Members. All guests entering the theatre are subject to a security check, which includes a bag check and wanding. Elevators to the Fox Club level are located just inside the Theater Lobby and pass the security check.
  • Please notify the Fox Club Membership Office of any special accessibility needs. Wheelchairs are available at the accessible entrance.
