BOOKING GUIDELINES

  • MINIMUM PURCHASE: 10+ tickets for the same performance (may vary by show). The group minimum count must be maintained in order to keep reserved seats and group pricing. All attendees require a ticket, regardless of age.
  • DOWN PAYMENT: Flex Pay allows you to book your seats with 50% down and adjust seat numbers until your Final Pay date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable and goes towards purchasing group tickets for the selected performance. 
  • FINAL PAYMENT: Flex Pay bookings must be paid in full by the due date (usually 4 weeks before the show opens). Group tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
  • TICKET DELIVERY: Tickets are delivered either as Mobile download or Print-Your-Own. Tickets will be sent once they are paid in full.
  • CANCELLATIONS: In the event of inclement weather, the decision to present the performance as scheduled is at the sole discretion of the show's production company. 
  • Times, prices, performers, and group booking guidelines are subject to change without notice. Show-specific guidelines will be provided when the group booking is started. 
  • All show prices are subject to change and tickets are based on availability. 
  • Group tickets are subject to a per-ticket handling fee of $5 for general groups, $3 for student groups, and $10 for blockbusters.

  • Pre-show (matinee/evening) or post-show (matinee only)
  • $39 per person (plus ticket cost), includes tax, gratuity, and non-alcoholic drinks. Samples menus upon request.
