When can I SWAP or Exchange?

You can SWAP ONE of your shows or EXCHANGE your tickets as soon as you receive your season ticket packet. We encourage you to make changes as early as possible for the best seating selection. 

The deadline to SWAP is 7 days prior to the performance date on your original ticket. You may SWAP a show to an entirely different show one time per season. 

The deadline to EXCHANGE is 24 hours prior to the original performance time on your original ticket. You may EXCHANGE performances times within the same show as many times per season as you like. 

When can I purchase additional seats?

You may use your PRIORITY ADVANCE PURCHASE opportunity for the Broadway specials and for extra tickets to your season ticket shows before tickets go on sale to the general public as soon as you receive your season ticket package.

Season ticket holders enjoy a discounted service fee for all extra ticket purchases when using your promo code to purchase online or by phone, even once the priority advance purchase period has ended. 

Box Office Info

The Fox Box Office is open exclusively on show days beginning at 4pm for evening performances, Noon for 2pm performances, and 11am for 1pm performances.

How do I share / transfer digital tickets?

Your ticket email can be forwarded directly to a friend. Your friend can download the tickets directly from the email. 

You can also reissue individual tickets in your MetroTix.com account. Visit our Ticket Reissue page for step-by-step instructions. The reissued tickets can be sent to a friend. 

Ticket "transfer" is currently unavailable, however, ticket reissue will allow you to share your tickets as needed.


Please note: Online ticket reissue for season tickets for the 2024-2025 season will become available later in summer 2024, before the season begins.

THEATRE ENTRY POLICIES

COVID SAFETY PROCOTOLS:
The health and safety of our guests and associates is important to us.  Masks may be worn but are not required.

SECURITY:
The security of our patrons while providing an enjoyable guest experience has always been of the utmost importance at the Fabulous Fox Theatre. As such the following items are prohibited in the theatre:
•    Firearms and weapons of any kind.
•    Lasers, glass bottles and any other item that in management’s discretion could be used to cause harm or injury to other guests, staff and performers.
•    Food and beverages brought in from outside the theatre.
•    SLRs, DSLRs, video cameras, professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, laptop computers and electronic tablets.

Please Note: All persons and bags are subject to search for these items, including visual bag inspections or the use of hand-held or walk-through metal detectors. Any such items found will need to be removed from Fabulous Fox property before admittance will be allowed.

SMOKING:
The Fabulous Fox Theatre is smoke free. Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere in the theatre.

CAMERAS:
Personal photography of the stage, actors, scenery or any part of a Broadway production is not allowed before, during or after the performance. Personal photography of a concert or other event may be allowed IF the show or artist permits it. For events allowing cameras into the theatre, Fabulous Fox policy is as follows: only non-professional, point-and-shoot type cameras will be allowed. 

LATE SEATING:
The late seating policy is determined on a show-by-show basis as soon as the producers make their own requirements known to us. Generally for Broadway shows, there is a seating hold of anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes once the show begins during which time you will be allowed to: 
•    Stand at the back of the orchestra floor seating in the promenade (if permitted by the show) to watch the stage. 
•    When standing at the back of the orchestra is not allowed (which occurs occasionally when characters make their entrance from the rear) then you will be held in the lobby where monitors of the stage are available for viewing. 
•    If your seating is on the upper levels, you will be taken to the area on that floor where a monitor is available for viewing the stage. 
When a pre-determined point in the show is reached (as set by the producer) you will then be seated. 
To ensure that you do not miss anything, please allow enough time to arrive at the theatre and be seated before the performance starts.
