Thank you for your purchase of a Kevin Hart VIP package. There is NO artist interaction with any package. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances; NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES; all sales are final. You will receive an email from kevinhartVIP@bravado.com 2-3 days prior to the performance date with day of show instructions. Any merchandise included is distributed day of show. No items are sent in the mail prior to the event. For questions related to your purchase please contact kevinhartVIP@bravado.com.
By participating in any event with Kevin Hart, you hereby agree that your name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for any purpose whatsoever. RELEASE: You release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Kevin Hart and its respective members, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against all claims (known and unknown), liabilities, injuries, death, loss and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the VIP Package or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the package or any related prizes. You assume all risks associated with the VIP Package or use or misuse of any related prizes, and you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses.

Everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age. Prices are subject to change.
DELIVERY DELAY: Tickets will be delivered approximately 2 weeks before the performance.

PLEASE NOTE: Persons who exceed the ticket limit or who provide false or inaccurate information may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by MetroTix in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other information. The Fox Theatre and MetroTix reserve the right to revoke tickets that end up on the secondary market.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT WILL BE A PHONE-FREE EXPERIENCE. Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches, and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.
